Carefully selected by the Passanha family, the Quinta de São Vicente Sherry Vinegar 7°, is aged at least six months in oak barrels. Produced in the "Marco de Jerez" region, from Palomino grapes by the traditional "solera" method.
With its dark cinnamon colour and its sweet flavour, this intensely aromatic vinegar combines perfectly with Quinta de São Vicente olive oil.
