Plant thousands of olive trees there,
symbols of warmth and authenticity.

Arbequina and Cobrançosa are two extraordinary and rare varieties of olive on the international market. Arbequina olives are commonly found in Catalonia, although they are believed to originate from Palestine. Delicate as an eating olive, they produce a rich and distinctive oil, full of flavour and much appreciated by connoisseurs. The Cobrançosa, the most sought-after of all Portuguese varieties, comes originally from the mountainous region of Trás-os-Montes. The blend of these two olives gives Herdeiros Passanha olive oil an intense and fresh flavour of green apples, with a lingering aftertaste and a rich and complex texture. These two varieties, grown in ideal conditions, allow for the perfect natural maturation that creates intense flavour and aroma. This subtle blend produces an exceptional oil that transports you instantly to the heart of the olive grove.
