Olive oil Quinta de S. Vicente Colheita Premium is the result of careful selection of our best harvests. An assembly and a rigorous determination to allow its aromatic notes to express themselves fully and enrich each other. This perfect balance is primarily through the volatile aromas notes corresponding to the most delicate green fruit. Then emerges a taste intense expressing a slightly peppery notes with delicate almond and nuts.

Production characteristics

The oil is extracted immediately after harvest, then stored in the hours following a dark place in special tanks. In order to ensure the best possible quality, olive groves and mill are located in the heart of the area of Quinta de S. Vicente. The oil is bottled after a light filtering, which gives all its brilliance.
